Building a sustainable and healthy relationship with food and body after years, maybe even decades, of yo-yo dieting or eating disorder behaviors, will eventually make food fun again.
However, there’s no easy “fix” and there’s no perfect timeline. The only way out is through and I’d be honored to support you on your unique journey.
